Your weekly schedule could look like this:

  • High School/Elite Basketball
    (Pre-Season)

    2-3 Performance Training Sessions (includes VertiMax)
    2-3 Shot Labs + 2 Skills Sessions + 1-2 Recovery Labs

    Monday:

    Performance Training + Shot Lab Session

    Tuesday:

    VertiMax + Skill Session

    Wednesday:

    Shot Lab and/or Performance Training

    Thursday:

    Skill Session

    Friday:

    Optional Shot Lab & Recovery Lab Session
